1. Think of any system such as Ecommerce, Online library, Hotel management, Rent-A-Car, Online banking, Online Learning Management, Food delivery. Spare parts store, etc., or any other idea of a database system
2. Identify some tasks that the user shall be able to perform using the system. Example of task:

• Customer shall be able to search items Customer shall be able to order item online
• Vendors shall be able to enquire about a product

1. Identify the necessary tables for the system based on the requirements you specified in previous step, create the necessary fields in each table and determine the relationship among the tables
2. Enter some sample data in the tables
3. Design at least 3 forms to enter data in the table and to display data. Note that for displaying data you might have to first create query and use that query as data source of the forms.
4. Create at least two reports based on the table/query to show some summary information.
5. Create a menu form and link all the other forms and reports from there
6. Write a MS Word report for the system by giving , system tasks, table list form screenshots, report screenshot.
