Think of ways we as social workers whether in counseling positions, case management positions, school settings, etc., can monitor the progress a client is or is not making. How do we determine what to assess? What can we use? What do we do if we see our intervention is not helping? How do we explain to our clients what we are doing? What are the obstacles to collecting data? How has COVID-19 and telehealth impacted and/or enhanced how data is collected and clients are evaluated for progress?
