Third-Party Interventions Even though all parties involved in the negotiation may want to come to a resolution, sometimes the groups just reach an impasse and need to bring in someone to help. Sometimes organizations do not know how to deal with conflict. Hence organizations might look to third parties to intervene. There are many different types of interventions.
