Imagine you are in the process of ordering stock for your organisation or a hypothetical/example organisation. Conduct a roleplay meeting with 2-3 of your peers playing the role of team members and yourself playing the role of the team leader/supervisor. Communicate and inform your colleagues of their individual stock ordering responsibilities. Switch roles to give everyone the opportunity to demonstrate their skills. This should last around 15-20 minutes. Instructions to Assessor The learner must be observed engaging in a role-play with 2-3 of their peers.
