This article sparked an interest in my own biases, when making decisions. I thought about decisions I have made for my company and if I used some of the tactics that were mentioned. I think the four main points, Think about the Future, Think About Objectives, Think About Options, and Fighting Motivated Bias are all instinctively practiced and improved with experience. The subpoints, however, take more of a conscious effort to implement.
