Identify an immediate change needed within an organization. This could be a real-life example, or you could create a fictional situation.

Identify the change needed and explain why it is important. This is a change that will need to be shared with and supported by company stakeholders. To gain support from all the stakeholders, you need to make a plan to implement the change. The plan should have the following elements:

• Roadmap
• Timeline
• How will success be measured?
• How does this plan align with the organizational goals?
