Accommodate differing stakeholder interests and expectations Task 2: Develop a plan for future stakeholder engagement Case study: The "Monthly status update meeting" was conducted and following issues were identified: Integration not working properly with multiple applications. Some data fields are not available in the IAM. o Caused 1.76 per cent of records incompetent due to poor data entry. o Caused 2.53 per cent of records incompetent by a change to systems o 3.48 per cent contained flawed introduced by data migration or conversion from one format to another E-mail response template has not been set up. A meeting was arranged between the testing team, IT Infra Team Lead and the deployment team of IAM. These key issues were discussed in the monthly meeting.
