This assignment continues from the previous assignment (planning an 'around the world trip'). For this assignment, you will be using the MSG software to create your Project Schedule. It is therefore very important that you watch the MSG instructional videos before attempting this assignment.

The following should be performed:

• Your project should contain four phases: Initiating Phase, Planning Phase, Executing Phase, Closing Phase
• Each of the Work Packages from your WBS should be placed into the appropriate Phase in your MSG Project Schedule
• For each Work Package, define the Activities needed to complete the Work Package
• For each Activity, define the:
  • Assigned To (this should be you in most cases; do not assign these activities to stakeholders such as the college, government officials, etc.)
  • Duration
  • Progress (should be 0% at this point)
  • Do not enter the Start Date at this point (this will be done in the next assignment)

Your schedule should contain all Work Packages that were contained in your Work Breakdown Structure.

During this week's class, you will have an opportunity to ask additional questions of your course professor about this assignment. Be sure to come prepared with these questions.

The completion of this assignment should be based on the concepts of this course, the textbook reading, and the direction provided by your instructor.

Submission

You must also work on this individually with no assistance or collaboration with anyone else. Submit an Excel file (MSG). Do not submit a PDF.
