This assignment examines conflict resolution and decision making, and to identify how nurse leaders resolve conflict within the nursing care team and interdisciplinary team.

Make a two- to three-page paper containing the following information:

a. Describe a current or past conflict that you were involved in at your place of employment. Thoroughly explain the situation, including the parties involved, what the conflict was, and the resulting consequences of the conflict. Please do not use identifiers or any situations that would be specific enough that anyone's identity could be discovered.

b. Describe three potential conflict resolution plans that could be applied, using this week's resources to support your information.

c. Construct a plan for the conflict resolution that would best address the situation you described. Provide the rationale for your choice and describe what the potential new outcome might be
