This assignment has 2 parts.

Part 1

For this part of the assignment please read and study the details of the Fiji Police Force Support Project which is found at https://www.pacific.undp.org/content/pacific/en/home/projects/fiji-police-force-support-project.html. This is a real project and is typical of the type of projects that is done by International Development Agencies.

Your assignment is to determine who the stakeholders are as well as the requirements of this project.

Specifically, the layout of your paper should be as follows:

1. Your understanding of the project (3 marks)
2. At least 6 stakeholders (3 marks)
3. At least 12 Requirements, 3 of which must be in each of the categories given below. (12 marks). For each requirement indicate who might be the stakeholder who would have requested it and the category of requirement (as listed below).
   1. Business requirement
   2. User requirement
   3. Solution requirement further subdivided into functional and non-functional requirements
   4. System requirement.
4. Conclusion (2 marks)

Part 2

Design a Stakeholder Interview Form to collect as much information from stakeholders people who you might interview regarding the project. Your form should be comprehensive as possible. At the end of your interviews you should have collected as much information from all the stakeholder to develop your stakeholder register. Most importantly your should have collected enough data to proceed with the stakeholder analysis that comes next. It is extremely important to understand that if you don't ask a question you won't get the answer that you need to do your analysis! So THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU NEED TO DO NEXT so that you can ask questions of the stakeholders that would provide the answers to allow your work to proceed smoothly. It is highly unprofessional to go back to the stakeholder to ask them a question that you should have asked them during the interview. Lastly your form should be neat, clear and easy to follow and to write the information down in. Please do not enter any data on your form.
