Be sure to back up any initial hypotheses with evidence. Keeping the type of noise corrupting each image in mind, choose or design a restoration filter to remove or attenuate the noise from the image (consider H to be the identity function). Explain the cause of any degradation that occurred and/or artifacts introduced that are not in the original image. 2. You have been provided with an image titled op.tif". Use a notch filter to remove the inferences in the image. 3. Read the boyb.tif, and use contrained least square filter to process it. Compare your result to the boy.tif, and explain why your result is not as good as boy.tif Report must contain the following information: a. A brief discussion of the concept. b. Filter and parameter used. c. Experimental objective. d. Experimental results and concluding remarks. e. Matlab source code with necessary comments.
