1. Did the Government of Canada violate the equality rights of the individual appellants or of Aboriginal women represented by NWAC, as guaranteed by section 15(1) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms,Part 1 of the Constitution Act 1982by denying them the equal right to participation and funding in the constitutional amendment discussions?
