You are the HIM Director of a hospital, and your CFO has asked you to review this agreement. Draft an analysis of any important terms and suggested revisions you think should be made to this agreement before your facility signs it. Include 1) citations to the relevant section of the contract and 2) citations to relevant laws that affect your opinion, where applicable.

Please note this item represents 65 points. The scope and quality of your response should be commensurate with the number of points being assigned. You should address comments - both positive and issues/questions/concerns with contract language and/or suggested revisions for every single in the contract.
