This assignment will be completed in teams of 3 or 4 students. Each team is expected to hand in a document (word or pdf) in which the following items will be addressed:

Select a job opening advertised on the job board of your choice and make sure to include it (screen shot, no link please) in appendix of your assignment. Introduction (500 words):

In your words, describe the context of the job opening (sector of the company, main competitors, location (or remote) and what it implies in terms of availability of workers, is this profile hard to find or not...).

Job Description and Attraction Strategy:

Identify and analyze the different sections of your job posting. Are there sections missing? If so, how would you complete it referring yourself on the theory seen in class? If everything is there, comment on some changes you would make and justify.

Describe the sourcing/attraction strategy you would put in place to get a decent number of candidates to apply for this specific job. Competencies:

List four (4) competencies you would assess for this role using the EntreComp: The Entrepreneurship Competence Framework as a reference. Justify why those competencies are important for the job you have selected.

For each of those four (4) competencies, list two (2) questions (behavioral/situational) you would ask candidates in order to assess those competencies.
