The enclosed is a partial hierarchy of jobs at the College of Technological Design & Fine Arts. This is the starting off point from which you will proceed to conduct your analysis. You will utilize the information in the enclosed hierarchy of jobs and the following information to apply the procedures required under the Ontario Pay Equity Act and determine whether pay equity exists for the female job classes at College of Technological Design & Fine Arts.
