Communication in the larger market sense includes things like menu item choices, geographic choices including languages, and advertising that is both cohesive across the brand andas we see in the videotailored to fit the local marketplace as well. 

Discuss your thoughts on how businesses should adapt their marketing, strategy, and/or communications to best connect with their customers. Is it better to use a "one size fits all" strategy of giving the same message to all customers so that a cohesive, integrated communication and branding can occur, or should a business be more focused on "meeting people where they are" and adapting messages, products, promotions, etc., to the given market?
