The police arrested him and produced him in front of the bank managers. He was produced along with five or six other criminals in line up. Mr. Dan was was identified as the criminal. Mr. D attorney was not notified. Mr. D attorney stated his fifth and sixth amendments were violated.

My question was Mr. D fifth and sixth amendment privileges violated and so why?
