This class has given me food for thought when it comes to be a leader/manager, and I look forward to implementing what I have learned in this class in my future employment. There is such a diverse workforce these days and thanks to this class I have found new ways to talk to others in a manner that is respectful and inclusive of all individuals that I may encounter, whether I am a leader in my future endeavors or just a member of a team these skills will assist me in being a better communicator
