This course focuses on the management of process and supply chains that are used to deliverthe product (either a good or service) to the customer. This term project requires that aprocessor supply chain (preferably at your company or organization or one of your choosing) beidentified, flowcharted, and analyzed for providing a BALMIAN PAIRS company's goods or services, and thenflowchart the existing process. (For example, a member of your group is responsible fordeveloping personal financial plans for their customers; map the process of preparing theplans Address other relevant issues as appropriate, such as:1. Customer demand and process capacity relationships2. How production is planned, from customer demand to production schedules3. Quality Management issues4. Product delivery issues5. Collaboration and coordination issues6. The interfaces of the process with both the external and internal customers7. Waiting line issues and related staffing decisions8. Other applicable process or supply chain management issues or concerns The final report can take one of two forms. (1) A complete PowerPoint slide presentationplus full-size process flow charts and tables (Note: I am hoping you will use this report topresent some issue at your organization or company or a company of your choosing).2. A 10-page report including the same information as above but in text format plus flow chartand tables.The grade for the project will be based on: Process Choice (not too technical or too trivial, clear process flowchart, SIPOC,measurement, improvement opportunities identified, project plan described (what youactually did!). How relevant it is to your current job position. Process Analysis (correctness of analysis, appropriate recommendations justified bylogical analysis and use of appropriate improvement methods and tools, thoroughanalysis, appropriate measures collected and analyzed - or at least carefully planned,and originality of the analysis) Presentation of information: logical flow, clarity and ease of understanding, andoriginality of the project
