This course has provided me a refresher on a lot of theoretical topics and reinforced the value that I place on the effectiveness of what a lot of the tools can provide because, from my perspective, the most important things I have learned are the tools I can apply to my current position as an IT Director at a small-medium business that currently doesn't operate by performing SWOT or other analyses. My department specifically, in the past three months, has doubled in size, so to have 1-2 times a year to conduct an in-depth SWOT for the IT department as well as the overall company (and begin to introduce these into the broader company) would be the most beneficial
