Scenario: Paradigm Shift - Every project goes through changes triggered either internally or externally. Internally, as the project moves through the various phases of the life cycle, the goals, objectives, and tone change. There may also be changes caused by external factors such as a project lead who resigns and can't be replaced for three months. Let's consider if this happened on a project that you were responsible for managing.
