  • This scenario involves a work-group that is part of a larger organization. The work-group has six therapists who are colleaguesno one supervises any of the others. One therapist, Sally, has been in the organization for close to 30 years. The other 5 are relatively recentless than 5 years. Sally has been a problem almost all of her time in the organization. She has worked in many parts of the organization and was repeatedly moved in response to damaged relationships. Each time she was moved, she perceived this as a reward for good work and she believed she was being rewarded by having the opportunity to gain more knowledge and experience. Now the other 5 therapists are complaining about her. The department has a new supervisor who wants to resolve the issues. Answer the following questions and discuss your ideas with your group:
