This exercise will allow you to explore the National Sex Offenders registry. Follow the directions below to create flow chart or list in Microsoft Word.

1. Go to the U.S. Department of Justice - Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website (www.nsopw.gov)
2. Go to the Public Registry site for cleveland ohio state. Determine the total number of registered sex offenders living in that state.
3. Next, go to county. Determine the total number of registered sex offenders living in your county.
4. Next, go to the city. Determine the total number of registered sex offenders living in the city.
5. Enter 3993 east 186th street cleveland ohio address and determine how many sex offenders live within a 2 mile proximity of your address.
6. list or flow chart in Word of your findings, starting with state, then county, then city, and your address.

Once you are finished collecting all the data, create flow chart and write a two-paragraph reflection in which you assess reaction to the information you discovered through your research.
