This homework is based on a critical analysis of institutional crisis situations, the methods used in managing them, and the media coverage that accompanied them. Where each student chooses a local, regional or global organization that faced a particular crisis, and explains the nature of this crisis and how this organization dealt with it, what strategies it followed and the tools it used and what is the impact of this crisis on the reputation of this organization. Duty items: 

1. A brief definition of the organization in terms of its origin, development and field of work. 

2. Definition of the crisis faced by the organization and the stages of its development. 

3. The communication strategies adopted by the organization to deal with the crisis, and the principles used by the organization? 

4. Evaluation of media coverage of the crisis in three components.
