This is a civil law procedure. Albert has been issued a writ of summon by Bobby. The statement of claim as follows :

1. Plantiff (Bobby) was standing outside his house, the defendant wrongfully assaulted the plaintiff by striking him on his face with a pole.
2. Plaintiff claiming loss of income, medical expenses, transport claims.

However Albert is claiming its a self inflicted injury and unreasonable act by Bobby.

Requirement need a Defence statement claiming Bobby is falsely accusing.
