As the cost of health care continues to increase, hospital and clinic managers needs to be able to evaluate the performance of their organization. Numerous articles have been written on performance measurements for health-care organizations. Obtain some of these articles and prepare a report on what you believe to be the best of balanced scorecard measures for such organizations.
