Hello class my discussion is on Hilton Hotel & Resorts PESTLE Analysis

Political - Political factors have the ability to affect the number of guests who are willing to visit a certain hotel and their long-term profitability. Hilton hotels are a global organization who operate in many countries, this can be a pro or con depending on the political risk associated to it. During this Covid-19 pandemic many countries were forced into lockdowns, which significantly affected the hotel industry. Currently there are CDC guidelines the government set up to manage environment, health, and safety for visitors.

• Employee benefit

Economic - Hilton Hotels are usually there busiest during major national holidays or events. These events usually affect the revenue of the business for that time. There are also environmental factors like inflation rate, interest rates, and saving rates that can impact the organization. It important to understand the type of economic system in each country and how stable is it. Some economic factors Hilton can use to their advantage are growth rate and economic indicators to forecast different business cycles and stages.

Sociological -The culture of the organization represents the attitude and beliefs of Hilton Hotels. Social factors include population growth rates, consumers outlook on product and services, demographics, and educational level.

Technological - Hilton Hotels are looking to capitalize on the speed of technology and the use of technical analysis capitalize in their industry. They have improved technology for there products and services. In order to remain profitable, they must understand recent technological development, competitors' technology impact on products, and innovation that can help Hilton compete with related hotels.

Legal - Hilton Hotel are up to date with there legal requirements, they must comply with many rules and regulations such as employee health and safety rules and regulations, patents, copyrights, trade regulations, discrimination law and data protection laws. Hilton has reviewed these rights so the organization can gain a competitive advantage.

Environmental- Environmental factors has influenced the way visitors keep a check on organization. Today many organizations are looking for proper waste management systems and pollution control. Many people are looking at companies who protect our environment, and this will be very beneficial for the company in the long run. Some environmental factors include supporting renewable energy, regulating air and water pollution, recycling, and climate change
