We have studied the role of budgets and budgeting process.Explain how and when does the budgeting process begin, proceed, and end in a company of your interest. It would be nice if you provide'budget guidelines' used in thecompany.You may need to consult with your supervisor or manger to get information.

For those of you who have nothad any workexperience, try to find someone, preferably in a supervisor/manager level, whohas experience with budgeting process.
