For example, there are some laws, as you mentioned, that are in place in numerous states. If that is the case, are these laws the same in each state or are they different? What is specific to your state? In part, what we are interested in here is what is specific to your state and some sense as to what is unique about those laws. It would also be to get your thoughts as to why the state felt a need to pass the laws.
