This is a general question, nothing is missing, and no data is needed. Please read my statement below about virtual teams and let me know in detail if you agree with me. Why or why not.

The most valuable tip in developing a virtual team is establishing interdependence. Interdependence is when the group shares a common goal and works together to accomplish the goal(Module 2 Supportive Team Climates, n.d.). Interdependence requires work because if there is no trust, then a connection will not happen. All team members must feel that they can add their input without feeling less intelligent. When I facilitated module one for Team Alpha, I felt nervous about sharing the assignment with my team members. I gathered every team member's input and transferred it into one document. I sent it to everyone for corrections but hoped that my team members would not judge me if I had grammatical errors. However, my team members were very positive, and I feel more at ease as this class progresses further. I think we have established a connection within the team, and the barriers to a connection have been lifted. Our team operates with both interpersonal connections as well as task-oriented connections. We had a team member affected with COVID-19, which we would not have known if we did not establish the interpersonal connection. Our team managed to stay on task and turn in our assignment before the deadline as well. We are still adjusting to collaboration tools, Google Doc was used in the last module, but some team members had issues accessing the document. We then transitioned back to email, making corrections on our Session Long Project Module 2 assignment.
