When it comes to the three-skill approach and the skills models, they both have a relationship with career experiences and how to enhance them. Leadership skills can help you in all aspects of your career, from applying for jobs to seeking career advancement. One of the many soft skills that employers value, leadership often incorporates several different personality traits and communication abilities that are useful for anyone to learn and practice over time (Davis, 2019). This skillset comes in handy because it also enhances your communication skills, allowing individuals to learn how to adequately address people in a public setting and one on one. Being well versed is a quality all good leaders need to possess to run a company where all the employees feel appreciated and valued. Both three-skill approach and skill models have the skills to help build leaders, and I don't level more is more proficient than the other regarding tribal stages. The skills models focus more on leadership skills such as patience, empathy, active listening, reliability, flexibility, etc. The three primary skills needed for leadership, according to this theory, are technical, human, and conceptual. (Salley, 2018) The three-skill approach deals with more of the knowledge and skills you develop from years of experience, whether it job knowledge or various leadership experience at different levels. As you can see, it's hard to run a successful business without qualities from both methods.
