This is a graded discussion: 100 points possible due Jun Module 6 Discussion Kelly Koermer A. Initial Post Arvo passed away with no will. He had no children and no spouse. Arvo's had a sibling, Maxine. Maxine is deceased, but son, Maxmillian, is still alive. Arvo's parents are deceased, but his Grandmother, Olive, is still alive at age 102. Maxmillian thinks he should inherit 100% of Uncle Arvo's estate. Afterall, Olive is so old she can't possibly live long enough to do anything with the money. Olive thinks Maxmillian is a spoiled brat and doesn't deserve to inherit any of Arvo's estate. Review Maryland Annotated Code Title 3, Subtitle 1 2 and determine whether Olive and/or Maxmillian are entitled to any of the estate and in what portion. B.
