Is there anything that should have been done differently/why? Post your analysis to the Discussion Board by Thursday at 11:59 p.m. You will NOT be able to see your student colleagues' posts until you have posted your own post. Your first post is worth 30 points based on including all 4 elements above and clear writing that is fully proofread with netiquette guidelines (under "Distance Education" link if you have not already read them) followed. Second posts are due by Sunday at 11:59 p.m. You need to read at least five of your colleagues' posts and respond to one with the following analysis; - Do you agree with the framework application they provided, is there another perspective that might add an additional perspective to what is going on in the situation? - Do you agree with the advice they offered the followers and the leader? Again, is there another perspective they may not have considered. The goal of second posts is to "stretch" the original writer to think even harder about the article and it analysis, DO NOT repeat what they said, offer new insightful perspectives. Second posts are worth 20 points, based on insightful reading and offering now viewpoints. Again, these must be fully proofread with clear writing
