Correct grammar is essential; however, you can use bullets vs paragraphs.
Interviewee name, organization, role, and date of interview. A brief background/explanation of the role and organization is preferred.
What was the theme/interest/intent of the questions? What information was sought during the interview?
What information was provided during the interview? It is essential to categorize and summarize the important parts of the interview and why that is important.
