In your response, you should address all three prongs of the Miller Test. Remember, the Miller Testholds that material is obscene if and only if it meets ALL of the following conditions:

   2. the work depicts or describes, in a patently offensive way, sexual conduct specifically defined by the applicable state law.
   3. the work, taken as a whole, lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.

(Of course, the Court did not rule that the parody ad was obscene. So the task of this assignment could be reframed as providing the answer to the question: Why is the Hustler parody ad not legally obscene?Again, consider each of the three conditions in turn.)
