this is all to it there is no more information given
Two companies, Spring Corp and Autumninc are both considering making buses. There are two types of buses they could produce. Type 1 is a large double-decker bus suited for travel between cities, type 2 is a smaller, single-decker bus used for within-city routes. Both firms also have the option of not producing either type of bus. The research teams of both companies have separately found the following facts: If a company chooses to produce neither type of bus, it will make $o in profits. If only one company makes double-decker buses, it will make S100k in profits. But if both produce double-deckers, they will compete over the market and each will make $40k in profit Single-decker buses are less lucrative. If only one company makes single decker buses it will make $75k in profit. If both companies enter the single-decker-bus industry, they will each make $25k in profit. . Neither firm is able to produce both bus types. Springcorp's board will meet first and must announce its decision on whether to produce double-decker buses, single decker buses, or neither bus type. After Spring Corp meets, their decision is published in the New York Times. Then, AutumnInc's board meets to make its decision For reasons of reputation, once a decision is announced it cannot be revised. Draw this game in extensive form.
