Each group will analyze the case study. During Week 1, you should read the case and think about what BYD China seems to be doing well and the issues the company is facing or may face in the future. During Weeks 1-5, you will collaborate with your group to answer questions found in each weekly Group Discussion. Each group will produce a Group Case Study Project, which consists of an analysis report. The report should be 7-10 pages in length and respond to each subheading listed in the Case Analysis section below. The paper must follow APA style and format. A thorough analysis of the key issues in the case study is to be included in the paper. Make sure to employ the key concepts studied in the course text. Each group will be expected to consider and comment on questions such as the following: What happened? What was the cause(s)? What was the impact? What was the outcome? Evaluation Each Group Case Study Project will be evaluated against a grading rubric, which is found in the Course Informationarea of the course navigation menu. Your paper will be assessed for: Role Assignment, Shared Responsibility, Participation, Product, and Mechanics. All group members will receive the same group grade based on the Instructor's evaluation of the final product and on all members' constructive participation. All members are required to fully and constructively participate in the group project. The Instructor reserves the right to issue a lower grade or no grade at all to group members who fail in their responsibilities to the group. Equitable distribution of work within each team is assumed and must be demonstrated through weekly group discussion posts in the group discussion board.
