This is an individual Lab Assignment. From the project in your Assignment 1, identify the business processes looking at the possible key functional areas of their business. Draw a business use case diagram to show the business processes that take place within the business. The business use case diagram should contain at least 5 use cases with associated actors, and must clearly demonstrate your understanding of their business requirements, and must be sufficient to serve as an input to the systems use case diagrams that the designers and developers will use in building the proposed system that can solve the overall problems either as a whole or part, in a specified business area. You can use visual paradigm as the modeling tool to draw the diagrams, or any other tool of your choice. Tutorials on how to draw use case diagrams using visual paradigm have been posted. In your use case diagram, ensure to capture all the relevant business processes. You can provide only one use case diagram where you indicate all the actors and use cases, or you can have multiple diagrams as long as you are able to graphically represent the actors, use cases and their associations in the business processes that take place in the overall business. Capture your use case diagrams as images and insert them in a word document for submission. Ensure to caption your diagrams appropriately and provide details where necessary. Note that this is a business use case diagram where you have to show your understanding of the business requirements for a proposed systems development project. Assignment1 : overview You have been made a Project Manager in charge of a client/server application that allows the ministry of health to track and trace the COVID-19 vaccination status for all individuals living in a specified city. The client portion of the application will run on an android or windows device and will allow residents to log in to check their COVID-19 vaccination status after three days of being vaccinated. The server side will also run on android or windows device, and will allow administrators and health service providers to enter the COVID-19 vaccination status for residents of the city once vaccinated. The project is being funded by the Minister for Health and Wellness. Other stakeholders include the Doctors, Nurses, health insurance companies, Users,and Finance.Along with the new position you get a development team to work with you on the project. Your team consists of developers, business systems analysts, designers, and software testers.
