This is financial statement analysis project:

Using key financial indicators and ratio results, industry data, current events, dissect the recent financial performance of each of the two companies assigned (it is up to you to determine what "recent" means for purposes of this project, though I would suggest looking at the last three years at least). This dissection will lead to 1) outright declaration of which of the two companies you feel is the better investment option for an individual with excess capital., and 2) for both companies you will be required to make a "Buy", "Sell", or "Hold" recommendation (keep in mind that the "better" company doesn't necessarily have to result in a "Buy" recommendation, as it could just be the lesser of two evils). It will be up to you to determine which financial figures, percentages, trends, and ratio results most support your conclusions. Your better investment and "Buy", "Sell", or "Hold"
