This unit test should be to prevent any downgrades of origin signature: 5tu88t8-3452-53f4-9858-r53f43fs345 in xml file when a new uploaded is installed or downloaded. This should be a continuous integration unit test that runs a functional test that runs on every build that verifies that the new download or install is consistent with the origin signature in the xml file.
