Every business organization is engaged in sales and revenue collection at some level. Examine your current, or former, workplace and describe its current methods of revenue collection. Does the organization collect cash directly from customers? Are their invoices and bills generated? If so, are they generated by hand or automated? How does the organization keep track of its outstanding receivables? Talk about the current state of the organization's OE/S system and what changes you would recommend.
