This is my question : Track the number of hours you sleep for one week.
My Answer: In my research, I found that the average person sleeps for 7 hours per night, with a standard deviation of 1.5 hours. Moreover, I have learned that the average sleep time is 7 hours, while the median sleep time is 8 hours. Accordingly, half of the people sleep less than eight hours each night and the other half sleep more than eight hours per night. In terms of my own sleeping patterns, I have learned that I sleep for 7 hours per night on average with a standard deviation of 1.5 hours. My sleep patterns are slightly less than that of the average person, so I sleep less than most of them. There is a mode for me as well, which is 7 hours a day. My sleep duration has never exceeded seven hours, and my sleep duration has never been below seven hours. As a result of these findings and the number of people I know, I believe my results cannot be generalized to the general population. Among the people I know, most sleep more than 8 hours per night, and few sleep less than 7 hours.
How do I construct a frequency distribution of my data & construct a histogram of your data? Using the information from above
