This is outline of a business plan blueprint specifically an HR Management Plan document for a City University of Seattle Student Health Center HR project. This document will give a detailed plan for starting, building, operating and managing the City University of Seattle Health Center HR department (serving providers, nurses, nursing assistance and other applicable student health center staff of City University of Seattle). The key components of this document include a business concept/description, company analysis, industry analysis, competition analysis, customer analysis, marketing plan, operations plan, HR/management plan, financial plan, and an appendix. This plan only addresses the HR requirements for five main staff positions that will be part of the HR management office or team that directly report to the HR manager at City University of Seattle's Student Health Center. Specifically, HR Manager, HR Specialist(x2), HR Secretary, and Student HR Intern. Additionally, this document will cover the management policies and processes for attracting, motiviting, training, managing, compensating, replacing and retraining a diverse HR team to operate and manage City University of Seattle's Student Health Center. Moreover, This plan does not capture staffing requirements for development work performed by a contractor where the day-to-day activities are managed by a HR manager with the contractor. In those situations, the HR manager is monitoring the project through agreed upon deliverables and has requirements in the contract for the contractor to ensure appropriate staffing. This plan does not address staffing requirements of contractors that are performing work on behalf of the project whose requirements are captured in a contract level management plan.
