Project 1 Instructions General leamner instructions This project requires you to generate and submit a food safety program for a food preparation organisation. This Assessment is to be completed in your own time out-of-class, but some time may be allocated by your Trainer for in-class work and discussion. Context of assessment During the assessment, the assessor will review your submissions and make notes on the Project Checklist. You are advised to review this checklist to check your understanding of what the assessor will be looking for when they review your submission/s. There is one (1) stage to this assessment task which you are required to complete. You may reference the learning content for this unit and/or conduct additional research. For this assessment, you will need: * access to a computer/laptop + access to the internet You will need to submit your completed documents to the assessor for approval: * Fully completed Food Safety Plan + Formatted and completed handouts, if relevant Criteria for success sktop/M %6203 G /SITXFSAD08%20Project36201%20-%20Instructions.v1.0.pdf pilotdl] 20{x7| -+ @1 |ar @ + Fully completed Food Safety Plan Formatted and completed handouts, if relevant Criteria for success 'You must complete all tasks and demonstrate an understanding of required competencies in the Project Checklist. All documents must be completed in full and to the required standard. 'You need to achieve a result of "Satisfactory'(S) for each task to receive the final assessment cutcome of 'Competent' (C). Where you are marked as 'Not Yet Satisfactory' (NYS) for any task, the final assessment outcome will be 'Not Yet Competent' (NYC). In such cases, you will be provided with an opportunity to repeat the assessment at a later date, Once you have read and understood the instructions, click submit to continue. Once you have read and understood the instructions, please upload your completed documents and submit this assessment. Stage 1 Develop a Food Safety Plan (Single file upload) Leamer instructions You are required to generate a food safety program for a nominated food preparation organisation, approved by your trainer, and demonstrate your ability to: + identify and evaluate organisational requirements for a food safety program - this requires you to provide nominated information that will provide the basis for the food safety program you are going to write write the food safety program - this requires you to develop a food safety program that will control the hazards you identified in the 'Identify and evaluate organisational requirements for a food safety program' stage of the Assessment. To complete this assessment, you can use any approved food safety program (FSP) template as the basis for this Assessment.
