Consistency is the regular practice of anything in which we want to achieve excellence or success rather than just doing that particular work on any special ciroumstances or occasionally, it might be relating to anything. For instance If I want to be a successful football player I have to practice consistently. f i wa to achieve success in emy schoal evaluations or examinations with flying colours then t have to study consistently throughout the year rather than studying only during examinations or Consistently leads to habits. Habits forms the actions we take everyday. Action leads to success As Anthony Robbins said: "t's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives. Its what we do consistenty What this means for us is that we should set aside at least 2-3 Give up everything else that may affect your concentration adversely. It wil be hard even harder when initial excitement and enthusiasm wear off. We may start to make excuses. We at start quitting our daily targets or goals but don't let it happen. Stick to thase small consistent or routines plans. May be initially we may not be able to exactly achieve our small targets and it may take a year or two but consistent work will one day surely bring a positive result. Thus, consistency not only helps us in developing a habit but also helps in identilying the areas in which we are lacking and shows us the path to achieve excellence. We can say, that "consistently drives the success hours a day on average of focused work
