this is the details i have mentioned in my assignment, about the queueing theory of a restaurant drive-thru process:

- the drive thru is working for 15 hours per day with an average number of customer of 385.

- the service time will take 4:32 minutes in which:

1:50 for ordering

0:40 for payment

2:02 for recieving the order

- In peak-hours a number of 175 customers arrive in the drive thru within a time period of 3 hours

Can you do the queue theory calculations using M/G/1 notation?
