Below are the two questions in which you will need to work on for your report 2 (part of the first assessment - see the lecture schedule for the deadline). Please refer to the marking criteria when you work on your report. I can't stress enough the importance in connecting/linking the case analysis to the theories. Please note that this case study corresponds to "Understanding Organisational Resource Base" and "The Changing Market Environment". Therefore, when you attempt to answer these two questions below, try to link your analysis to the contents covered in the two chapters.

Q1: Catalina has developed several capabilities over time by running the in-store checkout business. List one or two of these capabilities and discuss how and why are they helpful to Catalina if they go into mobile?
