PJM 6910 Term Project Plan Assignment Overview: For this assignment, you and your team will create a workplan for the term work. Over the course of the term, you will create an integrated project plan! MPP. This will be submitted at 2 points during the term, with minimum deliverables due at each Submission (outlined in each submission assignment). This resource-loaded workplan will identify all work to be done, including effort estimates and duration for each activity, showing how the two submissions will be achieved. Overall, this is the workplan for how your integrated workplanfMPP will be completed. Identify the work that needs to be completed and create a workplan for how the team will work to create these deliverables. All deliverables must be created by the end of the term as well as the minimum deliverables for each submission- You may present your plan in any format (Le- MPP, Excel, others). The purpose of the workplan is to provide visibility to all work, create estimates (effort and duration)for the work and manage the plan to deliver on time. It is also critical to balance the work load.
