The following is the instructions for the project. 1. Go to Edgar: www.sec.gov and locate the most recent 10Ks for your two assigned companies. 2. Read the MD\&A (Item 7) sections of your two companies. Write a report that includes the following: - A comparison of the two MD\&As, e.g., is there any information that one company discloses but the other does not and vice versa? (10\%) - Your conjecture on why those two companies choose to report different information (the tone, the amount, the level of detail, or the type) in their MD\&As. (45%) - Your assessment of which information is redundant and which information is valuable from an investor's point of view. (45%) 3. The main text of the report should be 2-3 pages. The required font is Times New Roman, the required size is 12 , and the report should be single-spaced. You could supplement graphs or figures to make the report more readable but they are not required
