1. Since the Warren Court of the 1960's there has been a steady expansion in the rights of those accused of a crime. Using at least two of the law cases we have studied in this unit, give two examples of this expansion of rights and explain the Court's reasoning for these changes.

(This is asking for the expansion of the rights of those who have been accused of a crime, so this is not about free speech or any other First Amendment cases. )
